- 懂得運用DNS,用戶註冊後可形成username.mydomainname.com。更進一步可讓用戶設定域名轉址,如將userdomain.com指向username.mydomainname.com。
Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, XML, RSS and some Ajax

About the Author
My name is Allen Hsieh. Currently I’m working at a multi-national consulting firm. I moved back to Taiwan for work in the middle of 2006. I have a strong interest in the Web business and have been paying close attention over the years. When I have free time I also like to design websites. A dream of mine is to be a blogger full time. This blog is my first attempt to blog in Chinese. As people can tell, I’m still trying to sharpen my skills in Chinese writing. It sure isn’t easy.
About the Domain Name
I wrote the reason I called this blog STUCK IN BETA in the first entry. I thought I’d mention it here, too, in English.
Right now a lot of websites or web-based applications like to consider themselves as being in the Beta phase. Nothing wrong with that. However, many never get out of the Beta phase like they probably should. Google’s Gmail is probably the most famous example of them all. It’s been a couple of years since Gmail launched, yet, it’s still in Beta. I’m not really trying to mock Gmail. I use it everyday. However, I think this “Beta Phenomenon” is sort of representative the Web2.0 era. Everyone seems to be still exploring… still a little uncertain about what is going to happen…
